Inferno Hot pilates is a high-intensity workout on a yoga mat that combines Pilates, high-intensity interval training(HIIT). The workout is performed in a room heated to around 95 degrees Fahrenheit with a humidity level of 40-50%. The heat and humidity are designed to increase flexibility, detoxify the body, and intensify the workout.

During an Inferno Hot Pilates session, participants will perform a series of exercises that target the core, arms, legs and glutes. The exercises are designed to be challenging and are typically performed in sets with short rest periods in between. The workout also includes cardio intervals to increase heart rate and burn calories.

Inferno Hot Pilates is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, as modifications can be made to accomodate different levels of ability. However, due to the high intensity and heat of the workout, it is important to consult with a doctor before starting if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by exercise in high temperatures.
